ICON make RAM-type sampling valves, as the name suggests, are used for drawing out samples from pipelines or tanks. These valves are also used as drain valves to flush the non required material out of the pipeline. These valves have piped end connections so that they can be inserted in between the pipelines to draw samples or to drain the unwanted media. For flushing or sampling of 100% free flow of medium from the tank, these types of valves are used. These valves can be soft seated as well as metal to metal hard seated. The seating selection differs from valve to valve depending upon the actual size of nozzle, process parameters & specific customer requirements.
